Cirencester Neighbourhood Plan Update

January 2026 Reg 16 Neighbourhood Plan Submitted. Cirencester Town Council, as recommended by the Steering Group, has submitted the Regulation 16 Neighbourhood Plan to Cotswold District Council, as the local planning authority. We are now working through some minor amendments and preparing the document for Reg 16 public consultation.
